Marian
Henderson began her paralegal career in 1979 and has worked
with Andrew Johnson since 1984. She has diverse legal
experience having worked in litigation, insurance, corporate
and administrative law. Over the past 18 years, Marian has
worked with water districts and housing finance corporations
in every aspect of the practice including creation,
administration, operations and issuance of bonds.
Ms. Henderson has also served as a child advocate for the
Houston Volunteer Lawyers Association, and is serving her
third
four-year term as an elected director of the utility district
in which she resides.
