AMY C. SILLMON

Mrs. Sillmon joined the firm in April 2010. She was formerly an associate with Waldrep Stewart & Kendrick, LLC where she represented unions, municipalities and other employers on a broad range of labor and employment matters. Mrs. Sillmon's background includes representing municipalities on public finance, tax and real estate matters. Currently, Mrs. Sillmon serves as general counsel, bond counsel and special counsel to various types of water districts, water supply corporations and private utilities. Mrs. Sillmon's responsibilities also relate to the creation, financing, development and operation of those entities.
