Jonathan
Polley joined Johnson Radcliffe Petrov & Bobbitt PLLC as an
associate in June 2007. He was formerly with Krell & Torigian
where he dealt primarily with construction litigation.
Currently, Mr. Polley serves as general counsel, bond counsel
and special counsel to various types of water districts, water
supply corporations, private utilities and developers. Mr.
Polley's responsibilities also relate to the creation,
financing, development and operation of those entities.
Mr. Polley
graduated Cum Laude from University of Houston (B.S. 1999) and
Magna Cum Laude from South Texas College of Law (J.D. 2006),
where he also served as an Articles Editor for the South Texas
Law Review.
