Mr. Barner
joined the firm in April 2010. He was formerly an electronic
discovery attorney reviewing electronic documents for
pending patent, trademark and securities litigation. Mr.
Barner's background includes work associated with Chapter 7
and Chapter 13 bankruptcy filings. Currently, Mr. Barner
serves as general counsel, bond counsel and special counsel
to various types of water districts, water supply
corporations and private utilities. Mr. Barner's
responsibilities also relate to the creation, financing,
development and operation of those entities.
