Diane Allen joined the firm as an associate in 2001. Her practice is concentrated in the areas of real estate, finance and banking.  Prior to joining Johnson Radcliffe Petrov & Bobbitt PLLC, Ms. Allen gained experience overseeing the closing of residential mortgages and their sale on the secondary market, practiced in the area of commercial and residential construction, real estate and finance and represented trustees on industrial revenue bonds.

Currently, she handles the real estate aspects of purchasers of affordable housing, water systems and other real estate matters for JRPB and does legal research on public law related matters.
