REGINA D. ADAMS
Associate
Regina Adams joined Johnson Radcliffe Petrov & Bobbitt PLLC as
an associate in September 2003. She was formerly a staff
attorney with the Greater Greenspoint Redevelopment Authority
where she dealt primarily with administrative law issues. Ms.
Adams has a background in ad valorem taxation, tax increment
reinvestment zones, and management districts. Currently, Ms.
Adams serves as general counsel, bond counsel and special
counsel to various types of water districts, water supply
corporations and private utilities. Ms. Adams'
responsibilities also relate to the creation, financing,
development and operation of those entities. In addition, Ms.
Adams works on election law, employment law, contract law,
electric utility deregulation and real estate matters.
